Sales Contracts Manager – Aviation

About the role

Airbus is looking for a Sales Contracts Manager to oversee contracts for new aircraft sales and manage the commercial and contractual aspects of aircraft deliveries. Based in Blagnac, near Toulouse, you will work within the Sales Contracts Management department and collaborate with global teams and customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Act as account owner for a portfolio of airlines, lessors and private customers, ensuring full implementation of purchase agreement terms.
• Monitor and enforce all contractual deadlines, including flexibility rights, rescheduling, option exercises and delivery schedules.
• Manage payment obligations for customers (predelivery payments, final price) and for Airbus (customer credits).
• Oversee the aircraft delivery process up to title transfer, coordinating with technical delivery, legal, finance and accounting teams.
• Respond to queries and issues arising from signed agreements, supporting both internal stakeholders and external customers, financiers and legal advisors.
• Assist Business Units in negotiating new contracts or modifying existing agreements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in aviation contract management.
• Strong legal knowledge and ability to interpret contractual terms.
• Excellent drafting skills for complex commercial agreements.
• Solid numerical abilities for aircraft pricing and payment schedule calculations.
• Comfort working in an international, multi‑disciplinary environment.
