Sales Advisor (Brand Representative) - Toison D'Or, Hollister

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a Brand Representative (sales advisor) for its Toison D'Or Hollister store in Dijon. Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically and helping create a welcoming environment. The role suits someone who enjoys connecting with customers, helping them find what they need and keeping the store well presented.

Key responsibilities

• Customer experience: welcome every customer warmly, anticipate their needs, start conversations naturally and offer product support and styling advice across categories.
• Sales floor maintenance: help with product replenishment and keep the store clean, organised and visually consistent, including folding, hanging and sizing items.
• Cash wrap operations: process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently while keeping the checkout experience friendly.
• Online orders: support Save the Sale orders, in-store pick-up and ship-from-store orders so customers get a seamless omni-channel experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in French.
• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, balancing customer engagement with operational tasks.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and committed to consistent attendance.

The full-time starting rate is EUR 22,404.84 per year (35 hours per week); the starting rate may be modified in the future. Job offers may be conditional on completing the required work visa formalities.
