Revenue Operations Specialist

About the role

Youtrust, a European digital trust platform founded in 2013, is hiring a Revenue Operations professional in its Operations & Growth team, within the Revenue Performance & Sales Strategy pole. The role makes revenue performance reliable and readable: you own the forecast, performance tracking and compensation plans so that the CRO and sales leaders can make sound decisions and reach the annual growth target. You report to the head of the division and work daily with sales, finance and RevOps teams.

Key responsibilities

• Run the weekly revenue forecast and track it against monthly, quarterly and annual targets, presenting part of it and keeping everyone aligned.
• Design and implement sales compensation plans, calculate commissions each month and answer sales reps' questions.
• Build, run and improve the monthly performance review with the CRO and sales leaders.
• Own the revenue dashboards and ensure business data is reliable and consistent.
• Support analysis for the Sales motion on topics such as territory or segment analysis.

Required profile

• Experience in Business Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops or Compensation Management.
• Fluent French and English at B2 level or above.
• Uses AI tools in daily work and checks what they produce.
• Explains complex topics simply and gets different teams to agree on the same numbers.

Required skills

• B2B SaaS revenue metrics such as ARR, pipeline coverage and win rate, and understanding of how a forecast is built.
• Building spreadsheet models that others can read, check and reuse.
• Understanding of sales compensation plans: quotas, accelerators and thresholds.
• Working with CRM data, ideally in Salesforce, and spotting data quality issues.
• Building dashboards that answer a business question.

What we offer

• Fixed gross salary of 45,000 to 52,000 EUR per year, plus variable pay up to 3,000 EUR.
