Senior Key Account Manager / Business Development - Private Parking Operators

About the role

Arrive, a global mobility platform, is expanding in France and needs a Senior Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager based in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The role drives adoption of its mobile parking payment solution (MPP) and ecosystem sales (connected terminals, parking meters, SaaS platforms) with private parking operators in the Paris and petite-couronne region, reporting to the Head of Sales France. Flexible remote work is offered, with frequent travel across the region (about 60% of the time).

Key responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and identify key decision-makers (elected officials, technical directors) and close new business.
• Coordinate and draft commercial proposals and responses to public tenders with technical experts.
• Manage existing accounts with a high-touch approach and present product innovations.
• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
• Track daily sales activity and keep the CRM pipeline accurate.
• Share market insights with product managers and best practices with international teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree minimum in business or engineering.
• 3-5 years of proven success in complex B2G sales, key account management or consulting; digital/SaaS or mobility background preferred.
• End-to-end mastery of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
• Native or bilingual French and fluent English.
• Strong drive, autonomy, strategic thinking and communication skills with public and private stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency and discipline with a CRM such as Salesforce.
• Google Workspace.
