Retail Vertical Channel Account Manager - Continental Europe

About the role

Motorola Solutions is looking for a strategic leader to join its Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) enterprise sales team. The role drives corporate-level adoption of the VS&A ecosystem within the largest hypermarket, supermarket and discount retail networks across Continental Europe, working with regional sales teams and third-party technology providers.

Key responsibilities

• Build strategic business initiatives with a defined list of tier-1 global grocery and discount retail accounts to drive market penetration.
• Lead complex commercial procurement cycles and set up corporate framework agreements across multinational retail groups.
• Standardise the full VS&A portfolio across multi-site store networks and logistics hubs.
• Partner with third-party providers such as POS infrastructure and AI checkout analytics to deliver unified software integrations.
• Work with regional sales and channel partners on multi-region deployments and on shaping commercial frameworks for the European mass-retail sector.
• Manage large-scale pipelines, forecast accurately and track roll-outs using Salesforce.com.
• Mentor team peers on complex procurement structures and multi-national forecasting.
• Analyse retail trends to identify product gaps and feed feedback to Product Management on cloud scalability and data privacy compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with multinational procurement cycles and cross-functional collaboration across regions.
• Understanding of data privacy compliance in the European cloud and data security landscape.
• Over 50% travel required; relocation provided.

Required skills

• Knowledge of video security infrastructure and access control solutions.
• Ability to integrate third-party POS platforms and data infrastructure with centralised command systems.
• Preferred: established relationships with major European retailers such as Carrefour, Ahold Delhaize or Schwarz Gruppe.
• Preferred: strong track record on strategic accounts or channel frameworks in Western Europe.
• Preferred: excellent command of several European languages.
