Retail Store Manager

About the role

Apple Retail is looking for a Store Manager to lead a team that delivers the unique Apple customer experience. You will coach, develop and empower team members while actively engaging with customers throughout the store.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a diverse, high‑performing team.
• Participate in floor leadership by interacting with customers and team members, modelling best practices.
• Recruit, train, retain and grow talent to meet performance goals.
• Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to achieve business priorities and store performance targets.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect confidential information and company assets.
• Foster an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of diversity and respect.

Required profile

• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays as required by store operations.
• Fluency in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or a related field.
• Commitment to inclusive leadership and building diverse teams.
