Repair Program Manager – Aviation Component Exchange

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Repair Program Manager to join its Repair Management team in Toulouse, France. The role is part of the Flight Hour Services (FHS) organisation and focuses on developing and overseeing component exchange programmes for major airlines worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate the global repair operational picture by aircraft programme and lead quarterly reviews for stakeholders.
• Monitor repair‑related financial performance, identify gaps and trigger corrective actions.
• Represent Repair Management in transversal FHS meetings, align on critical customer needs and challenge supplier recovery plans.
• Review backlog situations with top suppliers, negotiate burn‑down plans and lead cost‑avoidance, logistics and KPI projects.
• Coordinate regular discussions with Repair Managers worldwide, act as first escalation point and drive performance and financial improvements.
• Undertake secondary duties, including deputisation, while upholding Airbus values and leadership principles.

Required profile

• Proven experience in repair programme or operations management within the aviation sector.
• Strong analytical and financial monitoring capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
• Project‑leadership experience with a focus on cost reduction, logistics optimisation and KPI development.
• Ability to work globally, travel when required and communicate effectively in English.
