Renewals Account Manager – Intellectual Property (French speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a Renewals Account Manager to join Clarivate’s Intellectual Property team, focusing on French‑speaking markets. The role involves managing renewal cycles, driving incremental revenue, and collaborating across functions to enhance the client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers/Executives to develop and execute renewal strategies.
• Advocate for both the client and Clarivate to ensure positive outcomes.
• Identify and pursue uplift, cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
• Manage renewal orders through Salesforce.com and customer portals.
• Provide weekly reporting to managers, specialists and regional sales leaders.
• Conduct regular account reviews covering contract status, product migration, and issue resolution.
• Continuously learn Clarivate’s product portfolio and offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
• At least 5 years in account management, business development or renewals specialist roles.
• At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills handling a high volume of concurrent renewals.
• Fluency in both English and French.
