Regional Key Account Director - Beauty & Personal Care Packaging

About the role

The Regional Key Account Director will act as the senior commercial lead for our most strategic beauty and personal‑care brand accounts. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own the growth of prestige, masstige and fast‑growing indie brands across North America and Europe, bridging brand needs with our agile engineering and manufacturing capabilities in Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional account strategies to exceed revenue and profit targets.
• Identify, qualify and close high‑value opportunities in skincare, makeup and fragrance packaging.
• Serve as the primary contact for brand stakeholders, presenting tailored packaging innovations and custom tooling proposals.
• Negotiate master service agreements, pricing structures and discount matrices while protecting gross‑to‑net margins.
• Collaborate with design, development and manufacturing teams in China to ensure on‑time delivery of custom molds and bespoke packages.
• Monitor industry trends, especially sustainable and PPWR‑compliant packaging, to position the company as a strategic partner.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of progressive commercial experience in cosmetics, beauty or personal‑care packaging.
• Proven track record managing strategic national or global accounts at leading packaging firms.
• Established network of procurement, product development and marketing decision‑makers in prestige or indie beauty houses.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership, forecasting and margin optimisation experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, executive‑level negotiation skills and ability to work in a multicultural, matrixed environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ultra‑fast 3D prototyping and custom tooling processes.
• Deep knowledge of sustainable packaging standards and PPWR compliance.
