Regional Business Development Lead – France

About the role

Apilex is seeking a dynamic Regional Business Development Lead to own and accelerate our growth in France. You will combine market intelligence with strategic sales execution to position our AI‑driven legal operating system as the market leader, while feeding valuable feedback into product development.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a market‑entry and expansion strategy for the French market, targeting key law firms, corporate legal departments, and enterprise clients.
• Build, lead, and mentor a local business development team to achieve regional revenue targets.
• Collect actionable client and prospect feedback and collaborate with product teams to shape the roadmap.
• Establish and nurture relationships with senior decision‑makers across the legal ecosystem.

Required profile

• Native or professional fluency in French and full professional proficiency in English.
• Educational background or work experience in France, preferably with a law degree (LL.B./LL.M.) or extensive experience serving legal professionals.
• Proven success in high‑touch B2B business development, preferably in technology or legal sectors.
