Business Development Lead – France

About the role

Apilex is an AI‑native legal operating system seeking a dynamic Business Development Lead to own and accelerate growth in France. You will combine market intelligence with strategic sales execution to position the platform as a market leader while feeding valuable feedback into product development.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the market‑entry and growth strategy for France, acquiring key accounts and driving revenue.
• Build, lead and mentor a local business development team to achieve regional objectives.
• Collect actionable client and prospect feedback and collaborate with product teams to shape the roadmap.
• Establish and nurture relationships with decision‑makers in law firms, legal departments and enterprise clients.

Required profile

• Native or professional fluency in French and full professional proficiency in English.
• Educational background or direct work experience in the French market.
• Background in law (LL.B./LL.M. or equivalent) OR solid experience serving legal professionals.
• Proven business development success in high‑touch B2B environments.
