Quality and Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Quality and Supply Chain Manager will ensure the highest product quality while overseeing the procurement and logistics of chemical raw materials and mechanical accessories. Reporting to the CEO, the role combines laboratory expertise with supply‑chain leadership in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve production or supply issues to maintain top‑level product quality.
• Manage purchasing of chemical raw materials and mechanical accessories, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and qualifying new suppliers.
• Oversee raw‑material and finished‑goods warehouse operations.
• Analyze and adapt product chemical composition to meet evolving regulations and supplier characteristics.

Required profile

• University degree in Chemistry with a background as a formulation chemist.
• 3‑5 years of management experience in an industrial chemical or coating company.
• Proven ability to lead production teams and integrate new raw materials into manufacturing processes.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
