Quality Analyst – Financial Crime Investigations

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Quality Analyst to support its Financial Crime investigations team. You will use your expertise in financial crime to ensure compliance work meets the highest standards and to help drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Quality‑check the work of compliance analysts, identifying successes and failures in case outcomes.
• Provide data‑driven feedback to compliance teams and individual analysts.
• Learn and apply department procedures, reporting any procedural issues to management.
• Coach new team members and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Risk teams to align on risk‑based outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (certificate required).
• 3+ years of experience in financial crime investigations within a regulated, risk‑focused environment (e.g., fintech, payments, crypto, consulting).
• Fluency in English at C1 level or higher.
• Strong understanding of money‑laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion typologies.
• Proven ability to analyse trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex cases or large datasets.
• Experience reviewing investigative decisions, processes, and controls, and recommending improvements.
