Project Scheduler – CMC Product Development

About the role

Sia’s Life Science and Healthcare Business Unit is seeking a Project Scheduler to support CMC product development and technical transfer programs. Working closely with senior CMC project managers, you will create, maintain, and communicate integrated schedules that keep multiple projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update detailed integrated project schedules in Planisware for concurrent CMC development and technical transfer projects.
• Collaborate with project leaders and cross‑functional teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and reflect current project status.
• Align schedules with project strategy, portfolio priorities, and key stage‑gate milestones.
• Track milestones, action items, and decisions, communicating any timeline changes to stakeholders.
• Prepare regular scheduling deliverables such as reports, dashboards, milestone views, and summary updates.

Required profile

• Experience in project scheduling for CMC or related product development environments.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on critical‑path analysis and risk identification.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross‑functional teams and convey schedule information clearly.

Required skills

• Planisware (schedule creation, maintenance, and reporting).
