Clinical Application Specialist

About the role

The Clinical Application Specialist joins DeepHealth’s commercial and customer success team to design optimized solution architectures, support clinical end‑users, and drive adoption of AI‑powered population health products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high‑quality onsite or virtual training for customers and train‑the‑trainer sessions for client teams and commercial partners.
• Collect, classify, and hand over customer feedback through monthly reviews and quarterly boards.
• Support sales enablement with product demos, training, marketing material reviews, and webinars.
• Participate in cross‑departmental activities such as product releases, quality audits, and research.
• Represent DeepHealth at national and international medical conferences.
• Address clinical end‑user complaints and support inquiries to improve customer experience.
• Log customer interactions in CRM/QMS systems and act as an advocate for current and future customers.
• Serve as a subject‑matter specialist for internal teams, including marketing, quality, and product development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in medical imaging/healthcare or equivalent clinical radiology experience.
• 5+ years as a clinical application specialist in medical imaging, radiotherapy, or pharma.
• Strong clinical knowledge of diagnostic radiology and radiology workflows.
• Proficiency with advanced visualization software.
• Effective educator able to translate technical knowledge into clear clinical training.
• Proven ability to build and maintain influential customer relationships.
• Independent work style with strong collaboration across sales, service, operations, support, and product teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, prioritisation, and multitasking skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a goal‑oriented, resilient attitude.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (≈10% of time).
