Project Planner – Interiors (M/F)

About the role

The Project Planner for Interiors will join the Interiors Component Development site in Valenciennes, supporting the design and development of train interior parts. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and communicating project schedules to ensure on‑time delivery for both French and international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update detailed project schedules for interior components, covering low‑criticality projects.
• Collect, analyse and present time‑related project data to support decision‑making.
• Synchronise schedules with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, Costing, Tender teams) and external partners (suppliers, integration sites, customers).
• Maintain schedule documentation and report progress to the Site Projects Director – Interiors.
• Identify critical paths, potential delays and escalations, and lead regular schedule review meetings.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of lead‑time and time‑management processes.

Required profile

• Experience in project planning or scheduling within an industrial or transportation environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate schedule information clearly.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on on‑time delivery and quality metrics.
