Project Manager – ServiceNow Transformation

About the role

The Project Manager / Program Delivery Lead will support a multi‑year ServiceNow transformation program (2026‑2028) for a major client in France. The role focuses on delivery governance, stakeholder coordination, and execution across several workstreams such as CMDB, CSDM, ITAM, SAM, ITSM, Cyber and GRC.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑manage day‑to‑day delivery of one or more program workstreams and sub‑workstreams.
• Coordinate closely with delivery partners and client stakeholders.
• Support governance forums and leadership cadences, including IGPR and Steering Committees.
• Maintain RAID logs, status reporting and program documentation.
• Track milestones, resources, meetings and logistics, and follow up on actions and dependencies.
• Monitor risks, issues, scope and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of ServiceNow best practices.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project management or management consulting experience.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale enterprise software implementations.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification and ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent).
• Native French speaker and ability to work onsite in France up to two days per week.
• Availability of 24 hours per week.
