Project Manager – Manufacturing Software Implementation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementation of manufacturing software solutions across multiple plant sites. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing project governance and ensuring successful delivery within manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of manufacturing software solutions across plant environments.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, status reporting, and overall project governance.
• Coordinate with manufacturing operations, engineering, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions, and process‑alignment discussions with plant teams and leadership.
• Drive deployment readiness, testing, user adoption, training, and post‑implementation support activities.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to support integrations and operational process improvements.

Required profile

• 8+ years of IT or technology project management experience.
• Strong experience managing enterprise software implementation projects within manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and work directly with plant operations stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
