Project Leader – Building & Construction

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Project Leader for Building & Construction to join its Facility Management & Real Estate team in Toulouse. The role will guide the development of the “Grand Saint Martin” site, ensuring the infrastructure supports Airbus’s industrial ramp‑up and future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead major construction projects that reshape the site footprint and support the industrial ramp‑up.
• Drive process innovation and share best practices to improve organisational performance.
• Strengthen internal collaboration between Facility Management and Real Estate services within a matrix organisation.
• Represent the FM & Real Estate team in internal and external forums, promoting digital solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with worldwide FM & Real Estate teams and key business partners, including site heads and local authorities.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven project management experience; PMI Bronze certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in a trans‑divisional, trans‑national environment and engage with external stakeholders.
