Project Leader – Building & Construction

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Project Leader for Building & Construction to join its Facility Management & Real Estate (FMRE) team in Toulouse. The role will drive strategic and medium‑term projects that shape the footprint of the Grand Saint‑Martin site, supporting the future growth of Airbus.

Key responsibilities

• Support FMRE in defining development strategies and making business‑critical decisions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives through innovation and best‑practice sharing.
• Strengthen internal collaboration between Facility Management and Real Estate service lines within a matrix organization.
• Represent FMRE management in internal and external forums, promoting digital solutions across sites.
• Build and maintain relationships with worldwide FMRE teams, site heads, functions and external stakeholders such as local authorities and French regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven project‑management experience; PMI Bronze certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in a trans‑divisional, trans‑national environment and interact with external authorities (e.g., Inspection du travail, CARSAT).
• Strong customer orientation and experience managing supplier and client relationships.
