Project Data Analyst – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Project Data Analyst to support project success by turning data into actionable insights. You will work closely with project teams and business stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and delivering timely information that drives decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate project‑related data from multiple sources.
• Monitor project metrics, track key deliverables, and assess progress against objectives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations to communicate findings.
• Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and performance assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to improve reporting processes and maintain data quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, able to translate data into clear insights.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Required skills
