About the role
Seppic, an Air Liquide Healthcare company, is looking for a Production Technician in Biotechnology for a fixed-term contract (CDD) at its Pontrieux site, Monday to Friday, full-time. The site produces marine biotechnology ingredients for skin and hair care, based on macroalgae and marine plant cells, and also extracts algae and marine plants. You will join the Operations team in a continuous improvement mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out manufacturing operations in line with HSE rules, Good Manufacturing Practices for cosmetics, procedures and deadlines.
- Mainly work on cell cultures: prepare media, subculture in sterile conditions, scale up and harvest.
- Also carry out algal and vegetable extractions when needed.
Required profile
- Bac+2/3 in Biotechnology.
- Knowledge of cell culture techniques used in the industry.
- Rigorous and able to work in a team.
- Action-oriented, solution-seeking and comfortable with computer tools.
