About the role
Seppic, an Air Liquide Healthcare company, is looking for a Production Technician in Biotechnology for a fixed-term contract (CDD) at its Pontrieux plant, Monday to Friday, full-time. The site produces marine-active cosmetic ingredients from macroalgae and marine plants, used in skin and hair care products. You will join the Operations team in a continuous improvement setting.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out manufacturing operations in line with HSE rules, Good Manufacturing Practices for cosmetics, procedures and deadlines.
- Mainly work on cell cultures: prepare media, subculture in sterile conditions, scale up and harvest.
- Possibly carry out algal and vegetable extraction operations.
Required profile
- Bac+2/3 in Biotechnology.
- Knowledge of cell culture techniques used in the industry.
- Rigorous and able to work in a team.
- Action-oriented, solution-seeking and comfortable with computer tools.
