Production Team Manager (f/m) – Airbus Toulouse

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Production Team Manager (f/m) to join the Final Assembly Line Tooling Management Laboratory in Toulouse, France. You will work on innovative small‑tooling distribution solutions, designing, deploying and maintaining smart trolleys that optimise production support on the A350 Final Assembly Line.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop an 8‑person production team while ensuring strict health and safety compliance.
• Manage deployment, retrofit and maintenance (level 1 and higher) of smart trolleys on the A350 FAL.
• Schedule machining activities, oversee consumable stocks and control the activity budget.
• Coordinate project interfaces between production sectors, IT teams and external suppliers.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects and integrate new digital technologies into shop‑floor operations.

Required profile

• Confirmed professional experience in production team management.
• Technical expertise in project management and production organisation.
• Background in engineering drawing, machining and tool maintenance.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Suite and familiarity with digital solutions.
• Fluent French and negotiation‑level English.
