Production Activity Controller – Logistics Support

About the role

As a Production Activity Controller in the Unité Logistique 2 FAL A321 department, you will support the modernization and ramp‑up of Airbus' Single Aisle Final Assembly Line. The role focuses on front‑office logistics management and production activity control to guarantee part availability at the point of use and ensure on‑time aircraft deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate missing parts by interfacing with the Supply Chain through shop‑floor IT tracking software.
• Schedule and release daily work orders based on the weekly master production schedule.
• Manage and mitigate secondary material flows to protect core production tasks.
• Escalate operational issues to the production group and lead or support Practical Problem Solving (PPS) routines.
• Maintain full data alignment between digital information systems and physical shop‑floor realities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial logistics or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes (push and pull flows) in a shop‑floor environment.
• Hands‑on expertise with industrial logistics ERP tracking tools.
• Ability to prioritize under pressure and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to work a flexible 2 × 8 shift schedule.
