Product Manager – Payment (F/M)

About the role

Betclic is seeking a Product Manager for its Payment team to shape the evolution of its payment services across France and international markets. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will drive product strategy, enhance customer experience, and ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy product strategy within the payment scope.
• Identify and prioritize projects that improve payment and withdrawal experiences.
• Define, specify, lead, and validate new features together with technical teams.
• Gather user needs, prioritize them, and ensure high‑quality documentation.
• Monitor daily performance, analyze incidents, and conduct functional analysis.
• Stay informed on technology and competitive trends.
• Query and process data using SQL.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar product or payments role.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong initiative and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
