Product Manager - Health & Wellness App

About the role

Fabulous, a health, wellness and coaching company behind an award-winning app, is hiring a Product Manager in Paris. The Product Manager defines what's next for the product, works directly with the CEO and collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, growth and marketing to deliver value-based features across B2B2C. The role moves at a fast pace while keeping quality high.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with users by analysing qualitative and quantitative data, spotting trends and championing user-first experiences
• Work with researchers, data scientists and business development teams to understand user needs and find new product opportunities
• Develop roadmaps and metric targets, and lead product ideation, prioritisation and releases
• Prioritise ideas through user research, feedback and competitive research, and run data-driven experiments
• Lead a cross-functional team (UI/UX, engineering, QA, data analysis) through the product development cycle
• Write design documents and web updates, and act as the main point of contact for building products and features

Required profile

• 4+ years of relevant product management experience
• Experience in a startup or other high-ambiguity environment
• Prior consumer-facing product development, ideally mobile or subscription-based
• Experience with psychology-based products, gamification or other user-behaviour apps
• Ideal candidate based in Europe
