Product Lead - Growth

About the role

Alan is looking for a Product Lead to own the Growth product area, shaping how prospects discover, evaluate, and join the platform. You will drive the vision and execution of AI‑native acquisition experiences while leading a team of product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the long‑term product vision for Growth, covering conversion flows and growth infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor product managers across the Conversion and Growth Infrastructure crews.
• Set the agenda for AI integration, including conversational AI, AI‑native acquisition surfaces, and LLM‑based shopping experiences.
• Build and scale an experimentation engine to accelerate learning and improve conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, data, marketing, sales, and brand teams to ensure alignment and delivery.

Required profile

• Strong product leadership experience, preferably in growth or consumer‑facing digital products.
• Demonstrated ability to set product strategy, manage cross‑functional teams, and ship high‑impact features.
• Clear, opinionated view of AI trends and a track record of turning ideas into shipped products.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and learning loops.
