Product Complaint Specialist – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Role

About the role

The Product Complaint Specialist will ensure robust complaints governance and oversee the end‑to‑end complaints management process for patients, customers and manufacturing sites. This is a six‑month fixed‑term position based in the Greater Paris Area with a hybrid work model (three days onsite per week). The role reports to the quality assurance team and acts as a key liaison across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complaints inbox, log and categorize incoming complaints, and accept reported cases.
• Review investigational reports, oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and maintain related key performance indicators.
• Contribute to product and manufacturing oversight activities.
• Provide support during external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Serve as the single point of contact for manufacturing sites, pharmacovigilance, medical information and product quality complaints (PQC) reporting.

Required profile

• Experience handling a complaints inbox and processing complaint cases.
• Ability to review investigational reports and manage CAPA processes.
• Familiarity with product and manufacturing oversight responsibilities.
• Experience supporting external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Capability to act as a liaison for manufacturing sites, pharmacovigilance, medical information and PQC reporting.
