Procurement Contract Manager – Space Systems

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space seeks a Procurement Contract Manager to support the Space Systems business line in Toulouse. You will provide strategic contract expertise, working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Export Control to enable the development of next‑generation space solutions for commercial and governmental customers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point for procurement contracts across Space Systems programs.
• Support Call for Tenders by assessing, challenging, and approving contractual baselines.
• Prepare and lead contract negotiations, drafting, and award processes in collaboration with the Procurement function.
• Approve and sign Contract Validation Forms, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional experts to align contractual terms with project objectives.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of procurement and contract management within aerospace or defense environments.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, high‑impact team and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
