Compliance Risks Manager (f/m)

About the role

Airbus Commercial is looking for a Compliance Risks Manager to join its Risks, Prevention and Global Reach team in Toulouse, France. The role identifies and maps ethics and compliance risks that could affect the company's integrity and licence to operate.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out end-to-end anti-bribery and corruption, export control and fraud risk assessments and mapping for all Airbus entities, defining risk questionnaires, calculation methods and risk impact definitions so heat maps reflect business reality.
• Steer and coordinate with the main functions to capture emerging risks and keep the risk profile aligned with the ground situation.
• Share risk assessment results with stakeholders and ensure responsible teams take the right mitigation actions.
• Promote the risk assessment framework through communication, awareness sessions and training to build a risk culture.
• Coordinate with risks, second-level controls, group internal controls and other key stakeholders, and support ERM governance for the ethics and compliance function.
• Manage the business requirements for the shared risk assessment tool, support stakeholders and keep it accurate.
• Support digitalisation of the ethics and compliance function, including dashboards that combine several data streams.

Required profile

• 5 years of experience in risk mapping and enterprise risk management, ideally in a complex international environment.
• Solid knowledge of anti-bribery and corruption, fraud and export control.
• Interest in digitalisation and data analytics, with the ability to use data to support legal decisions.
• Capacity to build trust and drive change, meticulous yet agile in project management, and a high degree of integrity.
• Collaborative spirit and full fluency in English.
