Procurement Buyer – Sourcing Raw Materials

About the role

InLink, a global marketing service provider for Kronospan representatives and customers, is expanding its team. We are looking for a Procurement Buyer to source raw materials, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery for our manufacturing plants.

Key responsibilities

• Source raw materials within assigned product groups.
• Establish and maintain effective supplier relationships.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements with suppliers.
• Manage contracts and evaluate cost analyses.
• Monitor material stocks and coordinate planning and forecasting for Kronospan plants.
• Process internal demands, register purchase orders in the ERP system, and track order acknowledgements.
• Prepare shortage and backlog reports, propose mitigation strategies, and communicate market trends to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of purchasing or supply‑chain experience in a high‑performance environment.
• Previous experience in an international setting is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and take initiative.
