Procurement Business Lead - Digital & Innovation (m/f)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft seeks a Procurement Business Lead to shape and own the Digital, Analytics & Process Strategy for the Materials & Parts Procurement organization in Toulouse. You will bridge operational buying needs with digital capabilities, driving faster, smarter procurement across a high‑tech aerospace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously refine the Digital, Analytics & Process Strategy for the Materials & Parts Procurement organization.
• Lead flagship digitalisation initiatives, ensuring tools deliver measurable ROI and align with buyers’ daily needs.
• Act as the main business representative in Airbus digital governance bodies and internal transformation forums.
• Own end‑to‑end optimisation of core procurement processes and drive the digitalisation of mission‑critical dimensioning processes.
• Lead cross‑functional data architecture projects around aircraft Product Structure (BOM) to create trusted analytical datasets for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Solid background in procurement operations, preferably within aerostructure or raw‑materials environments.
• Deep understanding of aircraft Product Structure, BOM management and procurement workflows.
• Proven experience as a Business Owner driving end‑to‑end process optimisation and digital transformation.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to build consensus across buyers, senior management and IT partners.
