PreSales Engineer - SaaS

About the role

Signaturit Group, a Namirial company and European leader in secure digital transactions, is looking for a PreSales Engineer in Puteaux. You will be the technical voice of the sales team, helping clients understand and adopt e-signature workflows, digital identity and ID verification, KYC checks, certified email and SMS, qualified archiving and e-invoicing through a modular, API-first platform.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with direct and channel sales teams to understand customer and partner needs and design the right technical solution.
• Build and deliver product demos and proof-of-concept projects for banking, insurance, real estate, public administration, HR and other sectors.
• Own responses to RFPs, RFIs and technical questionnaires.
• Customize solutions and validate feasibility with internal engineering teams, including API integrations (REST, SSO/SAML) and cloud/security requirements.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor in client meetings, from first call to signature.
• Ensure a smooth handover to implementation and customer success.
• Stay up to date on product releases, eIDAS/eIDAS2 developments and industry trends, and feed insights back to product and engineering.

Required profile

• 5+ years in pre-sales, technical sales or solution engineering, working closely with sales teams and customers.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken (mandatory).
• Comfortable presenting complex technical topics to technical teams and C-level executives, and able to turn technical capability into clear business value.

Required skills

• Strong grasp of API integrations and cloud environments, with solid knowledge of SaaS architecture and networking.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
