Power Platform Solutions & Adoption Specialist

About the role

L-Acoustics, a global leader in professional sound systems, is hiring a Power Platform Solutions & Adoption Specialist within its IT & Digital team. Based in Massy, France, the role acts as an internal ambassador for Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot and AI-powered business solutions, promoting digital innovation and adoption across an international group.

Key responsibilities

• Build stakeholder relationships and proactively identify automation, digitalization and AI use cases
• Promote citizen development and organize workshops, awareness sessions, community events and hackathons
• Design, develop, test and deploy Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Cloud Flows, Copilot Studio agents and other Power Platform components
• Integrate solutions with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 services and APIs
• Support and coach business users, share best practices and help set up governance for low-code development

Required profile

• Master's degree (or equivalent)
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Proactive, curious and service-oriented, comfortable challenging the status quo
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Dataverse
• Experience with integrations, APIs and Microsoft 365 is a plus
