POA/DOA Control Improvement Manager – Supplier Compliance

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a POA/DOA Control Improvement Manager to join its General Procurement Supply Chain Quality Department in Toulouse. You will help develop and maintain EASA regulatory compliance processes for non‑flying aircraft‑related products and services, ensuring that procurement activities meet strict aviation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate risk analyses to define POA scope for non‑flying products and services.
• Enhance end‑to‑end procurement processes (sourcing, contracting, ordering, supplier control) by integrating lessons learned.
• Lead the Supply Chain Quality Management (SCQM) team to secure proper approval, qualification, and surveillance of global suppliers.
• Prepare for EASA audits across worldwide divisions and manage corrective action plans.
• Design and deliver regulatory awareness sessions for internal stakeholders involved in supplier contracting and control.

Required profile

• Confirmed professional experience in engineering, manufacturing, production, or quality.
• Technical expertise in supplier management and complex project delivery.
• Proficiency with continuous‑improvement methodologies such as LEAN and Six Sigma.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
