Personal PR & Branding Executive

About the role

This position supports a high‑profile individual in France by shaping, protecting, and amplifying their public image across media, digital platforms, and live events. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment, ensuring a consistent voice, narrative, and visual identity at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and evolve a personal brand strategy, maintaining consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
• Manage media relations, including press kits, outreach, interview coordination, and speaking‑engagement logistics.
• Plan, schedule, and publish social‑media content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, driving engagement and aligning with brand goals.
• Develop written materials such as social copy, talking points, articles, and ghost‑written thought‑leadership pieces.
• Coordinate logistics for public events, panels, and keynotes to ensure flawless brand presentation.
• Monitor media coverage and online sentiment, flagging reputational risks and supporting crisis communications.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and external stakeholders to maintain high‑quality brand assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PR, executive communications, personal branding or media relations, preferably with senior executives or public figures.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling abilities, adaptable to multiple platforms and audiences.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong project‑management mindset with attention to detail.
