Overheads Controller – Fixed‑term (12 months)

About the role

Danone is seeking an Overheads Controller for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract in Paris. You will join the Danone SA Corporate finance team and report directly to the Head of OVH Controlling, supporting cost planning and control across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and structure financial activities for Danone SA, two DTBVs, and Asian Holdings Overheads.
• Act as liaison with Finance, HR, GS and other internal stakeholders.
• Support short‑term cost planning, control, and decision‑making.
• Maintain follow‑up structures for all fixed costs and prepare business insights for senior management.
• Manage FTE costs, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and drive related action plans.
• Contribute to the strategic Finance Roadmap delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in finance controlling or cost management, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross‑functional partners.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously within a team.
