Junior Corporate Accountant

About the role

The Junior Corporate Accountant will join the EMEA Finance organization of Take‑Two Interactive, supporting the financial integrity and compliance of multiple entities across the region. This position focuses on accounting, reporting, and audit support while collaborating with teams in both EMEA and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the monthly close process by preparing and posting journal entries and loading trial balances for seven EMEA entities.
• Help prepare monthly financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and territory‑specific schedules.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations using JD Edwards, BlackLine, and Hyperion to ensure data consistency across systems.
• Support internal and external audits by gathering required documentation and ensuring compliance with US/Local GAAP and SOX guidelines.
• Monitor intercompany billing, update and track the Fixed Asset register.
• Participate in process‑optimization initiatives to streamline reporting and reduce data‑entry errors.
• Coordinate with finance colleagues and stakeholders in EMEA and the US to fulfill ad‑hoc data requests.

Required profile

• Part‑qualified accountant (or working towards qualification) with a solid understanding of local and US GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to pull data, verify accuracy, and identify trends.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across multiple regions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
• Experience with JD Edwards, Hyperion, and BlackLine financial systems.
