Overall Systems Requirement, V&V and Integration Leader for A350

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an A350 Systems Verification & Validation Integration Leader to join the Overall Systems Architecture and Integration department in Toulouse. You will lead multi‑system requirement, verification and validation activities to ensure optimal design, maturity and flight readiness of A350 aircraft systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑system Requirement, Verification and Validation (V&V) activities, including the drafting of V&V plans, design reviews, operational scenarios and synthesis reports.
• Define the integration V&V strategy and scope in close collaboration with system architects, designers and test teams (bench and flight tests).
• Ensure multi‑system non‑regression and validate that as‑built systems are ready for flight, certification and Entry Into Service.
• Align system development road‑maps, simulation models and test‑means readiness across program stakeholders.
• Drive transformation of system integration frameworks and tool‑suites, introducing innovative ways of working.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee that integration milestones are met on schedule.

Required profile

• Demonstrated professional experience in aircraft systems development.
• In‑depth knowledge of systems engineering principles and avionics development processes.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Requirement and V&V Management (RVVM), including the use of IBM DOORS.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
