Operations Associate

About the role

We are seeking a driven and structured Operations Associate to help scale our processes and deliver a best‑in‑class experience for our customers. Working within the Operations team, you will collaborate closely with customers, product, and tech teams to design, implement and monitor workflows that support both external clients and internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and follow‑up, ensuring smooth adoption and answering questions from coders and clients.
• Build and refine scalable customer‑success processes, set up tools and routines to monitor client satisfaction and usage.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, propose improvements, and work with the Operations Manager to implement them.
• Leverage data to analyse customer and internal coding workflows, uncovering opportunities for efficiency.
• Communicate operational priorities to Product and Tech teams.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience, preferably in a startup, consulting or project‑management environment.
• Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Strong analytical mindset comfortable with data‑driven problem solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Interest in product‑driven companies, AI or healthcare operations.
• Excellent communication skills in French.
