About the role
The Omnichannel Project Manager will drive Guerlain’s omnichannel strategy, ensuring a seamless and integrated client experience across all touchpoints. This role is central to the brand’s transformation, focusing on projects that boost client engagement and reinforce Guerlain’s premium positioning.
Key responsibilities
- Lead omnichannel projects from concept through implementation, aligning them with business objectives and brand strategy.
- Collaborate with retail, digital, marketing and other internal teams to define scope, requirements and deliverables.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating needs into technical specifications.
- Analyze performance data to continuously improve the omnichannel client experience and uncover new opportunities.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Business, Marketing, Project Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of project‑management experience, preferably in retail, digital or CRM environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
