Omnichannel Customer Experience Intern

About the role

Join Balenciaga’s Digital and Retail teams as an Omnichannel Customer Experience Intern. You will help ensure a seamless client journey across all channels, supporting global and regional teams in delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation, training organization and daily operations of Omnichannel services.
• Support the Global Omnichannel Senior Analyst with technical issues, backlog management, customer complaints and ad‑hoc requests from regional teams.
• Maintain StoreDB and verify that store information on Balenciaga.com and the Yext platform is accurate worldwide.
• Collaborate with the Global Online Operations Coordinator to equip retail and client‑service teams with the necessary tools and information.
• Conduct benchmarking analyses and customer‑journey tests on Balenciaga.com, reporting feedback and issues to the Omnichannel team.

Required profile

• Comfortable using digital tools and familiar with the fashion market.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Curious, agile, proactive and a strong team player.
• Analytical mindset with a deep client sensibility.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
