Office Manager Apprentice

About the role

As an Office Manager Apprentice at Brevo, you will support the Workplace Experience Manager and collaborate with the Office Manager to create a welcoming and efficient environment for our Paris team. This role combines administrative duties with hands‑on involvement in facilities and event coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, manage vendor quotations and invoices.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers, obtain quotes for office supplies and services, and assist with contract negotiations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, maintain supplies, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
• Handle reception and front‑desk activities, welcome guests, and manage badge activation.
• Assist facilities management tasks such as coordinating office moves and arranging furniture.
• Support planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences, including catering, venue booking, and RSVP management.

Required profile

• Team player who can solve unpredictable problems and stay close to the team.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Positive, curious, hands‑on attitude.
• Prior experience in a similar role within an international, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask amid shifting priorities.
