Offer Strategy Director

About the role

The Offer Strategy Director reports to the VP of Offer Strategy and is responsible for defining, designing and driving the offering strategy for manufacturing markets and customer segments worldwide. Working with a dedicated team, you will shape compelling product bundles that combine hardware, software, data and services, and set business models and pricing in line with executive expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify priority market segments, define buyer personas and craft value propositions.
• Recommend optimal offering mixes and develop monetisation and pricing models.
• Guide product and go‑to‑market teams to align roadmaps with the defined strategy.
• Create enablement materials for sales, CSM and growth marketing teams.
• Analyse revenue, margins and installed base to optimise profitability.
• Present recommendations to the Executive Committee and manage contract updates across markets.
• Lead a team of three, define responsibilities, support development and champion process automation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in offer strategy, pricing or product strategy, preferably in tech, SaaS, AI or consulting.
• Strong background in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with product, R&D and go‑to‑market teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills for executive presentations.
