Offer Manager – Aircraft Retrofit Services

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an Offer Manager to join the Airframe Services team in Toulouse. You will own the end‑to‑end offer process for aircraft retrofit and lifecycle services, turning customer requests into accurate, competitive proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret customer requirements gathered by Airbus Sales and provide technical expertise during sales meetings and campaigns.
• Perform preliminary technical evaluations of work scopes and coordinate work sharing among Airbus departments, MROs, external suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Develop business cases for industrial solutions, highlighting recommendations, prerequisites, risks, and compliance with Airbus and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Procurement (PESA) to draft technical specifications and manage call‑for‑tender activities.
• Ensure the delivery of complete Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) offers and support the transition from offer to customer acceptance.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of aircraft retrofit services, including cabin upgrades, system upgrades, parking & storage, CAMO, and lease transition services.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams such as engineering, procurement, and external partners.
• Ability to assess technical scopes, evaluate industrial solutions, and communicate recommendations clearly.
