Occupational Health Doctor

About the role

The Occupational Health Doctor will join the Medical Office of AXA's Group HR department, supporting the wellbeing of employees across the global headquarters. You will lead preventive health initiatives, conduct medical surveillance, and provide expert advice on workplace health and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preventive healthcare programs, including legal health examinations, fitness assessments, and vaccination campaigns (flu, COVID‑19, boosters, hepatitis A).
• Develop and implement health‑improvement and risk‑prevention strategies for the workforce.
• Manage a medical service team (assistant and nurse), providing guidance, training, and coordination.
• Conduct medical monitoring for all employees, including travelers and senior management, and design personalized health plans.
• Provide health, hygiene, ergonomics, and safety advice to management, staff, and representatives.
• Perform job analyses and recommend accommodations to enhance safety and health.
• Participate in internal safety committees (CSSCT, CSE) and contribute to safety policies and campaigns.

Required profile

• Medical degree with specialization in occupational health or related field.
• Experience in preventive health, risk management, and employee medical surveillance.
• Strong leadership skills to supervise a small medical team.
• Excellent communication abilities to advise diverse audiences.
