New Programs MFT Leader (Manufacturing Execution)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a New Programs MFT Leader to join its Shopfloor Core Execution department in Toulouse. You will help shape the digital future of the factory by building end‑to‑end continuity blocks and next‑generation Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES Next Gen) for upcoming aircraft programs.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary cross‑functional bridge between plant operations and digital program management.
• Define and manage the functional roadmap and timeline, ensuring digital building blocks are mature before global rollout.
• Orchestrate business capability requirements, verify technical feasibility and maintain data continuity across development processes.
• Align cross‑project software dependencies and streamline data exchanges with ecosystem products such as uNC, UPM and MOM.
• Lead transnational change‑management initiatives to secure smooth production transition and high adoption of digital shop‑floor solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial project management, manufacturing engineering or information management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing engineering fundamentals, lean tools and shop‑floor digitisation challenges.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex digital transformation projects in an industrial environment.
