About the role
Revolut is looking for a motivated New Business Account Executive to drive growth in the Swiss market. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and post‑sale activation, delivering an excellent experience for new business customers.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to prospects across multiple channels, with a strong focus on cold‑calling.
- Design and execute a lead‑sourcing strategy, targeting key verticals and diversifying the prospect base.
- Build and manage a pipeline from prospecting through to closing, while identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal Revolut teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and daily usage experience for customers.
- Balance time between prospecting, closing and upselling, activating internal resources as needed.
- Apply solution‑based selling to understand customer needs and communicate Revolut’s value proposition.
- Become a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning and relevant case studies.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and French or German.
- At least 1 year of proven commercial experience, especially in outbound sales and prospecting.
- Excellent verbal communication and phone articulation.
- Strong written communication skills for email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Enthusiasm for building a career in a high‑performing sales environment.
- Demonstrated determination and accountability in a fast‑paced setting.
- Willingness to go beyond core duties to ensure a great customer experience.
- Curious, data‑oriented learner with a quick‑learning attitude.
