MSN Manager P21 FAL A350 (M/F)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an MSN Manager P21 FAL A350 to join the Coordination Plants & Suppliers Department in Toulouse, France. The role sits at the heart of the P20 management team, supporting the ramp‑up of the A350 program and ensuring smooth coordination between production, quality and supplier activities.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑lead SQCDP2 meetings and actively participate in SQCDP3 with the Station Operations Leader.
• Drive milestone MFTs (KOM, FC D‑5, D‑3, D‑1, FGTR, PTM, QGO) and uphold commitments to meet aircraft cycle‑time targets.
• Perform daily updates of folios in tracking tools such as ACPNG and Tandem, review roadblocks and monitor QLB, QSR and CLB items.
• Analyse escalation root causes, prepare documentation for critical roadblocks and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Lead supplier drumbeats, coordinate partners and cabin suppliers, and ensure station alignment for outstanding work activities.

Required profile

• Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in aerospace production coordination or similar high‑complexity manufacturing environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ACPNG tracking tool.
• Proficiency with Tandem tracking tool.
